Get to know us
We are Trey and Anna Catherine Schnarr, a husband and wife team using filmmaking and photography to tell stories. We are passionate about serving and glorifying God in all that we do. We deeply value people, as we believe that everyone has inherent worth as image-bearers of God, and we love getting to hear each person’s unique story. It is a joy and a privilege to then create lasting content sharing those stories in meaningful and individualized ways.
Family is very important to us and we are blessed to have recently welcomed our son into the world. We are always down for an adventure. We love to travel, play volleyball, ride bikes, and watch our son experience the world for the first time!
We are based in Lynchburg, Virginia but would be down to travel to capture your story!
Our approach to storytelling
Documentary-Style Wedding Films: We use an energetic, candid, and story-driven approach to produce our films. This approach can be executed in a variety of ways depending on the couples’ vision: telling the couples’ whole love story instead of just capturing the wedding day itself, incorporating perspectives of family and friends, and including candid commentary from the couple as they prepare for, celebrate, and reflect on getting to marry the love of their life.
Family and Lifestyle Photography: We are honored to be able to capture moments in time from everyone’s unique journeys, providing a tangible way to remember that chapter of their story. Our documentary-style sessions capture people doing what they love with the people they love - having a picnic, cooking together, playing a sport, or whatever that may be! The simplest and most ordinary moments often end up being the sweetest and most special memories and that is what we want to capture.
Commercial Videography & Photography: We strive to highlight the “why” behind businesses and to help them spread their message to inspire others to get involved. We believe that stories help connect customers to brands, which grows trust and brand recognition.
